Request a Visit is intended to be used when you have incomplete information about
a patient, or you want the patient to complete some of the required fields
to create a Visit on their own, such as when or where the visit will occur. A health
professional will not be assigned to a requested Visit until the patient completes
all information necessary for the visit to occur.
